Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, weight, and value of the purchased item(s).

As each piece in our collection is unique, Vonvintage.eu works with specialized shipping solutions to ensure safe and efficient delivery worldwide. Depending on the item and destination, we carefully select the most suitable transport method, including specialized road transport or international air freight.

Please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs fees may apply to shipments outside the European Union.

Returns

Returns are accepted within a 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day after the item has been delivered.

During this period, the item and its packaging must be handled with care. Items may only be unpacked and inspected to the extent necessary to assess their nature, condition, and dimensions. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at [hello@vonvintage.eu](mailto:hello@vonvintage.eu) within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include:

* Your name and contact details
* Order or invoice number
* Date of payment
* Date of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from improper handling, use, or insufficient packaging during return shipment.
