Highly sculptural wicker side table or stand from the 1970s. Often referred to as a “Ghost Drapery” design due to its flowing, cloth like form. The handwoven structure beautifully imitates soft, cascading fabric as if a draped cloth has been frozen in time and transformed into wicker.

The woven strands create the illusion of folds and movement which produces depth, shadow, and a subtle trompe-l’oeil effect. The natural material adds warmth and texture, enhancing its organic and artisanal character.
