Description
An iconic piece of Postmodern design history, this authentic “First” chair was designed by Michele De Lucchi for the legendary Memphis Milano collective in 1983.
Merging furniture with kinetic sculpture, the piece features a tubular enameled steel frame, a circular black lacquered seat, a pivoting blue backrest disc, and two signature spherical wooden armrests that evoke an atomic aesthetic.

Remains in good vintage condition. The piece retains its beautiful structural integrity and shows authentic character. The steel frame shows some traces of use and age as clearly displayed in the photos. The lacquered seat shows some light wear and surface scuffs consistent with age and normal residential use.
